A Williston local, grateful to be back in the community to share my love for the mat. After years spent exploring, learning, stumbling and growing it’s hard to express in words the ways yoga and meditation have been my way back home. My mat is my guide when I’m lost. This journey reminds me to appreciate my body, it’s the way back to my heart after I’ve tried to shield it and has shown me a deeper understanding of forgiveness, love and gratitude.
Each journey is different but we all have a reason for meeting at our mats. My goals is to create space for you to honor your path as you make your way back home too.

Cancellation Policy
10 class punch cards expire 120 days from the date of purchase. Drop-in classes expire 14 days from the date of purchase.
Class Cancellation Policy: We have a 2-hour cancellation policy for classes. You must cancel at least 2 hours prior to class start time. Late cancellations/no shows will result in a loss of class credit. We are not responsible for no-shows due to late arrival, please arrive early as our doors lock 2 minutes prior to class start time.
Workshop/Event Cancellation Policy: Workshop and event cancellations require a 48-hour email notice before the workshop or series takes place. Cancellation requests can be emailed to: exhale.yogawilliston@gmail.com
